Writes poetry and prose, and translates Greek literature into Albanian and vice versa. His books have appeared in Greece, Albania, Bulgaria and in other languages.
Biography
He was born in 1956 in the village of Llazat, in the district of Saranda. He studied economics at the University of Tirana. He lives in the city of Saranda.
From his secondary-school years he devoted himself to literature, and to poetry in particular. He publishes poetry, prose, essays, and folkloric and ethnographic studies. He has worked as an economist and as a journalist. He translates Greek literature into Albanian and vice versa.

Poetry collections published in Greece, editions in Bulgaria and in Italian, and translations and anthologies from Greek into Albanian and vice versa.
